You will receive 50 minutes of one-on-one care from a highly qualified physical therapist with more than 20 years experience in chronic disease management, each time you visit.  No one knows your body better than you.  The Integrative Wellness physical therapist will listen, assess your personal needs, provide resources and collaborate with you to meet individualized goals toward maximum health. We encourage questions, and active participation of the whole person. Treatments are effective for chronic pain, chronic disease and cancer rehab, and are also powerful tools for those who are interested in a gentle path to wellness.

√  What can I expect?

    • Sessions are typically 50 minutes of one-on-one therapy, 1 time / week, or as needed.
    • Patients learn exercises, posture and movement techniques to practice at home, work, etc.
    • Therapy includes home exercise, manual therapy, relaxation therapy, physical modalities, home treatment strategies, stress management, cognitive techniques and education, as indicated.

Integrative Wellness, Inc. is a BCBS preferred provider and files participating primary BCBS claims.

All others are a self-pay.  Patients are provided with documentation necessary to file their own insurance claims, if desired.

Payment due at time of visit. Cash, checks and major credit cards accepted.


Integrative Wellness, Inc. provides fitness training and wellness consulting to Medicare beneficiaries on a self-pay basis. These services are “non-covered” and are not reimbursable by Medicare.  Because Integrative Wellness, Inc. is not a Medicare provider, Medicare regulations prohibit Integrative Wellness, Inc.from providing reimbursable physical therapy services to Medicare beneficiaries.
